At NRG Ballroom, our mission is to create an environment where energy fuels passion, effort overcomes excuses, and every person discovers the dancer within.

Whether you’re taking your very first dance steps, enjoying the social dance scene, or pursuing competitive excellence, you’ll find a welcoming community dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Our experienced, champion-level instructors provide personalized guidance built on a strong technical foundation, ensuring every student’s journey is both rewarding and enjoyable.

Our 9,000-square-foot studio features one of the largest floating dance floors in Arizona, giving dancers plenty of room to learn, practice, and fall in love with dancing.

Join us every day of the week for fun, engaging group classes in Ballroom, Latin, Country, West Coast Swing, Line Dance, and more. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced dancer, there’s always a class that’s right for you.

Private Lessons
Receive individualized instruction tailored to your goals. Our champion-level instructors create customized lesson plans to help you develop confidence, technique, and style at your own pace.

Social Dancing
Meet new friends, practice what you’ve learned, and enjoy an unforgettable evening on the dance floor. Our weekly social dances welcome dancers of all experience levels and feature a variety of Ballroom, Latin, Country, and Swing music in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Next Generation Kids Program
We are proud to inspire the next generation of dancers through our youth program, helping children as young as six years old develop confidence, coordination, discipline, and a lifelong love of dance.

Dance for Health & Wellness

Meet the Owners

The three founders of NRG Ballroom—Nikolay Kralev, Radomir Pashev, and Gergana Slavova—all journeyed to the United States from Bulgaria, united by a lifelong passion for ballroom dance. Their shared dedication to excellence in teaching, commitment to inspiring students, and vision of creating a vibrant, welcoming dance community led them to establish NRG Ballroom.

Together, they have built more than just a dance studio—they have created a place where dancers of every age, experience level, and aspiration can learn, grow, and thrive. By offering exceptional instruction, exciting social events, competitive opportunities, and a supportive atmosphere, NRG Ballroom has become a cornerstone of the Phoenix dance community. Their mission is to inspire creativity, foster meaningful connections, and help every student discover the joy, confidence, and lifelong rewards that dance can bring.
