Debbie’s 55+ class is focused on simple dance, flexibility and strength.
It is a mix of Zumba and other dance music that will be very familiar to you, with a little toning using light weights and aerobic exercise. Most of all, we don’t take ourselves too seriously, but are serious about staying fit in our later years.
$10 per person
