If you are looking for a new way to keep fit and active this ballet class will put a spring in your step. You don’t have to be a professional ballerina to enjoy the benefits of adult ballet classes!
$10 per person (Limit: 12 people per class)
Open to the public. All levels welcome
Some of the benefits of taking up Ballet as an adult are gradual increase in strength, better stamina and cardiovascular endurance. When you combine the postural, core, and stabilizing strength ballet provides, you also improve your coordination, gain more flexibility and enjoy better posture. You will notice that ballet is a great all over body workout.
– Solid color Ballet tights or Solid Color leggings
– Leotard or Fitted Camisole/Tank Top/Shirt
– Ballet Slippers or socks
– Optional: Ballet Skirt
– Hair pulled in a bun or a ponytail
