Showcases

Performed twice a year in the Spring and around the Christmas holiday, NRG’s SHOWCASES have become one of the premiere dance events in the valley for quality, creativity and variety of dance performances presented. Each fun-filled and family-friendly showcase has a unique theme, with the dances being performed to music or storylines that fit into each year’s motif.
Professional performances, Pro/Am and Amateur couples, along with group performances in all dance styles keep the audience on the edge of their seats to see what comes next.

Workshops

WORKSHOPS provide an opportunity for intensive learning, focused on the technical aspects of a particular dance or movement / styling.
NRG knows that dance is a constantly evolving art form and sport, and we strive to remain on the cutting edge of what is currently on the competitive and social dance floors so that you and your dancing will always be up to date, while never losing sight of the core basics on which you build a solid dance foundation.

Dance to your Max with NRG

NRG wants you to reach your fullest potential!
Set up in rounds of all dance styles – Standard, Latin, Smooth, Rhythm and Country – the goal of this event is to provide a mock competition environment which allows dancers the opportunity to test their competitive routines on the floor with other couples.
Practicing floor craft amid other couples and honing your performance skills in front of an audience, all while dancing to music that meets both speed and length per competition guidelines is a great way to prepare yourself for the competitive floor.
